Spooky season is officially here on Serene. All October long we have our very first event pass, a haunted hedge maze, a Halloween daily rewards ladder, a new crate and some seriously fun new gear. Type /halloween any time to find all of it in one place.

How the event pass works

A lot of you have asked how the pass works, so here’s the quick version. It runs from October 1 to November 1, and everyone started fresh.

1Open it any time with /eventpass to check your progress.

2Just play. Challenges complete on their own as you go, so you don’t need to click into them or start them first. Do them in any order.

3Every challenge you finish gives you Treat Points, which fill your progress and move you up the 30-tier reward track.

4When you reach a new tier, click it in the pass to claim your reward.

5Some rewards give you candy. Spend it in the Halloween Market to unlock even more Halloween goodies.

The free track is open to every player.
Premium is on the store. It keeps every free reward, adds about 300 crystals across the pass, and gives a Tricks & Treats Key at tier 10.
If you play a lot, you’ll finish in about a week. Casual players have the whole month.

The haunted hedge maze

There’s one maze with three warps: /warp maze1, /warp maze2 and /warp maze3 all take you to the same haunted maze. Watch for reward chests and jump scares, and look for the NPC waiting at the end. No flying allowed.

Rewards can be claimed once per player, but you can run the maze as often as you like. Altogether you can collect 10 Community, 5 Vote, 2 Enchanted, 2 Radiant, 1 Tricks & Treats and 1 Halloween Plushie key, $30,000 in coin vouchers, 100 crystals, 12 Repair Runes, 500 claim blocks and a Gacha Coin.

Halloween daily rewards

October gets its own 31-day /daily ladder, starting with the Carved Pumpkin Bundle on Day 1. It’s full of Halloween cosmetics you can only get from daily rewards, so log in every day.

The Tricks & Treats crate

Tricks & Treats Keys come from the event pass and the maze. Inside you’ll find two brand new gear sets and a very rare Ghost Rank: Serene perks and a GHOST tag for 90 days.

Tricks & Treats set: wear the full set and killing mobs rolls a healing Treat or a buff Trick. Its staff can pull, cloud and root enemies.
Ghostly set: wear the full set and hostile mobs leave you alone unless you attack first.

The Zombie Teddy set comes in the Halloween Event Bundle on the store. Its Play Dead bonus saves you at low health with a few seconds of near-immunity.

Halloween boss fights

Spooky bosses like the Scarecrow, Pumpkinhead and the Batlord show up for the whole server to take on together. The players who deal the most damage get the best loot, and everyone who helps gets something.
